HUMANLEDGER

Revision 08 · Changed

Exposure defined

· v0.2

Was

A one-line definition that measured operator time, and so duplicated Rework.

Now

Exposure: the AI-mediated adverse events that land on people, counted by class of harm and disclosed by position relative to the system.

What changed

Exposure now has a working definition, v0.1, and is the first condition with its own page: three positions, a matrix of harm classes, the errors funnel, liability without authority as the headline trend, and three open flags that ship unresolved.

The short form everywhere else on the site is: AI-mediated adverse events landing on people, by position and harm class.

Why

The previous one-line definition measured operator time and therefore duplicated Rework.

Exposure is the residual condition. Hours counts load, training counts investment, junior headcount counts the door closing and rework counts clean-up time. Exposure counts the thing none of the others can: harm that lands on a person.
