HUMANLEDGER

Revision 02 · New

Six conditions become the core of the standard

· v0.2

Was

Five principles, and ten metrics offered only as illustration.

Now

Five principles and six disclosable conditions: hours, training, junior headcount, human authorship, rework, exposure.

What changed

The six conditions were already in Part I, inside the case for Principle One, as examples of what a stranger could verify without having an opinion about the output. Version 0.2 lifts them out and makes them the thing an organisation actually discloses.

Each one is externally observable, industry-neutral and set as a floor. The ten-row table stays, as Annex A, to show what the conditions look like in one sector.

Why

The table was always labelled “illustration, not proposal”. But a standard that is only illustrated cannot be adopted: something has to be the thing you disclose.

Six conditions that hold up in a hospital, a law firm and a bank make a better spec than ten metrics that only make full sense in an agency.
