Nobody has written this annex yet, and it is published as a gap on purpose. The core disclosure set already applies here, but it needs someone who works in software to show what it looks like in a real P&L.
What this annex would need to answer
- How much generated code is reverted or rewritten, and is that published next to the delivery figures?
- Are junior engineers still being hired, and if so, are they writing code or only reviewing it?
- What counts as authorship for code a person approved but did not write?
An annex doesn’t change the core; it works the same six conditions through one sector’s reality, the way Annex A does for creative, marketing and media.
