Nobody has written this annex yet, and it is published as a gap on purpose. The core disclosure set already applies here, but it needs someone who works in legal to show what it looks like in a real P&L.
What this annex would need to answer
- If the first draft of every contract is machine-made, where do trainees learn to draft?
- Who is accountable for a document a lawyer approved without changing?
- How do billable hours reconcile with the hours actually left for judgement?
An annex doesn’t change the core; it works the same six conditions through one sector’s reality, the way Annex A does for creative, marketing and media.
