Nobody has written this annex yet, and it is published as a gap on purpose. The core disclosure set already applies here, but it needs someone who works in health to show what it looks like in a real P&L.
What this annex would need to answer
- When AI drafts the clinical note, whose hours were saved, and who now spends them checking it?
- In a profession with a fixed training pathway, does junior headcount mean training posts, or the supervised cases trainees actually get to see?
- How is authorship disclosed on a report a clinician signed but a system wrote?
An annex doesn’t change the core; it works the same six conditions through one sector’s reality, the way Annex A does for creative, marketing and media.
